To change a forgotten password or username:

  • On the login page (link), click “Forgot?”
  • Follow the prompts.

To change your password after logging in:

  • Click on “Personal Settings” in the lower left corner.
  • Under “Settings,” click on “Security.”
  • Under “Password,” click “Edit.”
  • Enter your current password and new password, and click “Save.”
  • Your new password is now set.

If you haven’t done so already, you will also be prompted to set up two-factor authentication. This is an added layer of security that will require you to authenticate your identity anytime you log in.
