Report a lost debit or ATM card
To freeze a lost debit or ATM card and request a new one, call
480-358-1000 during business hours or 1-800-523-4175 after hours.
Reset online banking password
You can reset your password online if you have turned on this setting in your online banking account.
To enable the setting that allows you to reset your password online:
2. Click “Options.”
3. Fill in the “PASSWORD Reset Question” and “PASSWORD Reset Answer” fields.
4. Click “Save.”

3. In the “Modify Login Information” section, enter your current and new password under “Gateway Bank Online PASSWORD” (not “Online Wire PASSWORD”).
4. Click “Save.”
