Local Love Campaign – Rules and Conditions

Who is eligible for nomination?

Any small business that is locally-owned and -operated within the Greater Phoenix Metro area and has 20 or less employees at the time of nomination is eligible.

Who can nominate a business?

Anyone is welcome to nominate a local business to win. However, to keep things fair and square for everyone, employees, business owners, and family of the owners or employees of the local business are not eligible to submit a nomination.

What will the winner receive?

Gateway Bank will award one locally (within the Greater Phoenix Metro area) owned and operated business having no more than 20 employees at the time of the nomination, with a portion of our own marketing budget in the amount of $2,500 to be paid by check. This will be matched by our friends at Forty, a local design firm, in the form of a $2,500 credit toward branding and marketing design services; the credit will expire if not used before October 1, 2014.

Submissions will close at 12 AM PST on August 31, 2013 and the winner will be announced on or before October 1, 2013.

How is the winner is selected?

The winner will be chosen by Gateway Bank based on the answers to the “Why does this local business deserve to win?” question provided by members of the community submitting the nomination.
