The time has come for Chief Credit Office Don Thompson to process his last loan application and enjoy retirement with his family. He has been with Gateway for 13 years and will be missed!
Fortunately for our team and customers, Don’s successor is another familiar face, who is just as committed to helping local businesses and families get the funding they need to reach their goals: Josh Flake.
Josh has been a VP of Commercial Loans with Gateway for several years and will assume the role of Chief Credit Officer upon Don’s retirement.
Josh is a 5th-generation Arizonan with a passion for small businesses, family, and the Dominican Republic, where he spent two years serving and teaching the Dominican people.
