How to get a loan through Gateway Bank:

1. APPLICATION

Review these checklists to see the documents you will need to submit with your application. Our lenders can help evaluate your options and answer any questions along the way.

Then, choose one of four ways to submit your application and documents:

  • Online (fastest and most secure)
  • Contact us and ask for an encrypted email message so you can securely send back your documents
  • In person at Gateway’s branch
  • Schedule a pickup at your location

Once we receive your complete package, we will provide an indication of the interest rate you can expect to receive.

2. APPROVAL

Typically 1-10 days after submission

Gateway’s Loan Committee meets to review your application. They will either approve it or request more information.

3. CLOSING

Typically 3-45 days after approval

Once approved, we’ll meet with you to sign the paperwork and grant you access to funds so you can keep growing toward your goals.

4. SERVICE

Every 3-6 months

Every quarter or so, we’ll check in to see how things are going and gather the financial information required to service your loan.
