How to get a loan through Gateway Bank:

1. APPLICATION

Review our loan documentation checklist to see the documents you will need to submit with your application. Our lenders can help evaluate your options and answer any questions along the way.

Then, download the loan application to submit in person. Once we receive your complete package, we can provide an interest rate indication.

2. APPROVAL

Typically 1-10 days after submission

Gateway’s Loan Committee meets to review your application. They will either approve it or request more information.

3. CLOSING

Typically 3-45 days after approval

Once approved, we’ll meet with you to sign paperwork and provide access to your funds so you can keep growing toward your goals.

4. SERVICE

Every 3-6 months

Every quarter or so, we’ll check in to see how things are going and gather financial information required to service your loan.
