Historically, big banks have had an advantage over community banks like Gateway in terms of the technology they can offer – until now. Our team is excited to announce that we are rolling out a new online banking system to make life easier.
New online banking system
When you log in to online banking using this new link and the same credentials as before, you will see a more modern system that looks similar to Gateway’s mobile app.
If you haven’t done so already, you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication. This is an added layer of security that will require you to authenticate your identity anytime you log in.
The new system will offer several highly requested features within your online banking portal, including:
- External transfers: an alternative to Bill Pay, allowing businesses to electronically pay businesses or individuals at other financial institutions
- Integrations: built-in connections with many financial software tools, including Quickbooks (Intuit), Stripe, Plaid, Yodlee, and dozens more. See the full list here.
