Loan closing is an exciting step! Your funds will be ready for use, and you can move forward with your plans. After loan closing, here are the next steps to take.
1. Set up online banking
If you don’t already have a Gateway online banking account, call us at 480-358-1000 to create one so you can see your balance, view statements, and manage any other accounts you have with us.
2. Make monthly payments
You can set up automatic payments from any bank account, or send a check or wire each month. To set up automatic payments, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Submit updated statements when requested
Our team will reach out to you periodically as we review your loan. We may request the items listed in your loan agreement, including a copy of your insurance, to ensure that you’re protected and that we have up-to-date information. These reviews also help us keep in touch with you, provide sound advice, and confirm your loan still meets your needs.
